Mixing

To achieve the best results in terms of high quality, better control, lower cost and greater consistency of all rubber compounds are made in house. The mixing process begins with batches being weighed using weighing machine scales and then mixing is done using advanced technology .
Enhancement of product quality is done using stock blenders and 100" mill. To ensure best quality every batch is approved by the in house laboratory after which it is released for production. The next stage in processing is done at Stock Peroration Department. Here mixed compounds are made into performs for transfer molding and compression. We also make tailor made products. Various statistical process and control methods are used to ensure conformance to specifications.

Moulding
Our comprehensive molding capabilities including conventional hydraulic presses, and injection presses for rubber Electronic controllers are an integral part of the process ensuring a consistent process and quality product. The molds for customers' products are designed and manufactured by independent tool shops with proven records of quality craftsmanship. The process of mold design and manufacture is a joint process to ensure a mold that works smoothly and produces a quality product.
